The Process

A potential Nanny will submit an application.

During that time, all checks will be conducted by the agency for the nanny including background, reference, etc.

The Nanny will also complete all required training and certifications at this time.

Once a potential family expresses a need that matches the nanny's qualifications and interests, a Virtual interview will be scheduled.

When the family decides to move forward with the process of placement, a trial session equivalent to a work interview will be scheduled.

After the family completes the last step in the process of placement, the nanny will be placed with the family to begin care.
