Our Process- Nanny Placement

Complete the Family Application

Schedule the Family Intake Consultation

The Family signs the Agency agreement and pays the deposit of $200.
Then the Agency will compile a job ad for the caregiver with information from the Family Application to start the Search.

The Agency will present up to 5 candidate profiles for the family to review.

Once the family has a potential candidate that they are interested in interviewing the Agency coordinates the Zoom meeting.

After the Zoom interview, the Agency will arrange an in person working interview at the home.

The placement is finalized.
​
The Family pays the remaining placement fee.

The Agency helps the Family and Nanny with the working agreement for the caregiver.
The Agency works with the Nanny to ensure that they have the appropriate trainings, certifications, and immunizations complete before the Nanny's start date..
